A full one years manufacturers warranty, except for consumable items, is included with all our new machinery.

Any service work required under warranty would normally be carried out within 24 hours and between the hours of 0900 and 1800. However, we are in a position to offer a 7 day, 15 hour on call facility from 0700 to 2200 as well as planned maintenance service contracts.

Special arrangements can be made for customers with 24-hour continuous shift systems. Details of these special services are available on request.
